Comic book fans, “The Avengers” movie is coming, and they just released a new trailer earlier today. I’m amped for the movie, but the effects were looking a tad cheesy in the trailer, but it doesn’t matter….the theatre I go to is still getting my $9.55 or whatever absurd price they are charging to go to the movies these days. I think that this movie has way to much hype to fail. I think everyone sees how well each of the character’s movies have done, and when they’re put together it could legendary!!!!

Have you checked this one out!!! Now I know Chris Brown hasn’t been the biggest role model in recent years, but you have to commend the quality of music and performances that this guy has been getting himself into! Not only did his F.A.M.E. album get him a Grammy, he’s got another album coming three days after his birthday, talk about hustling! Chris Brown’s new album should include a bunch of the hits that people already love, but have you checked out the cover for his new album “Fortune”…talk about futuristic! Hopefully he doesn’t have any issues in the coming weeks leading to his album release…(we’ll see) but I will say at least he is remaining relevant regardless of which light he’s in.

I’d love for people to explain to me why there is so much sluggishness on Monday mornings. What causes people to break their Monday to Friday routine sleep in on the weekends and turn into the “5 hour energy commercial” by 2:30 in the afternoon. I think there has to be some type of HEALTHY energy food or drink that can get people up and going on Monday and throughout the week. I think there has to be something!!!!! Sometimes motivation isn’t enough, you’ve got to continue to feed the machine. I think I’ve found some foods, but let me know if you can come up with anything else.
4. FRESH fruit
5. Quinoa (Google it)
8. Almonds or Walnuts
10. Fish (Salmon and Mackerel)
All in all I think that some of these may help. But like I said let me know if you can come up with something that would be good to just get the energy flowing for the day.
If you haven’t been watching the red carpet on E! Well now is a reason to check it out. Red carpet host, Ryan Seacrest, was interviewing Sacha Baron Cohen dressed as his General Aladeen costume in his movie,” The Dictator.” It was an interesting interview that got a little more interesting as Baron Cohen spilled what was supposed to be Kim Jong Il’s ashes all over Ryan Seacrest’s Burberry tux that cost upwards of $2,000. Looking a little P.O.ed!! Seacrest remained calm and completed his standup as he threw it to co-host Giuliana Rancic. Hilarious, but way to remain a pro Ryan!

So I have been talking to a bunch of people about the next step in life for me, what will I do, where will I go. I know I haven’t been really letting folks know what I’m exactly doing out in Los Angeles, but i will say that I’m having a blast. I get to be around some of the best on-air talent around. It’s really amazing! But I’m getting a little anxious on what the next step is going to be. I have pushed radio for a really long time, but now I think I’m starting to take a broader look into my life. I really want to get involved with all or in this case any type of media. The saying really is true that if you get your foot in the door anywhere, do whatever you can to stick around, and grow from there. I think that it’s funny that your entire life you can have your mind-set on achieving greatness in a particular area but then you just sit back and have a broader outlook on all you want to do and realize that it’s really a lot more you can do! So advice for the day, there are times where you can seem super focused on achieving one thing, sit back and think about all you want to accomplish and realize that everything doesn’t have to be achieved in one day.
